Why UX Matters?

There is no doubt that Apple is leading the market and its products are on high demand, even before release. But why is this? it is not a secret. Steve Jobs revealed this before 15 years on speech on 1997.

He clearly stated “Customer Experience” is what drive the product innovation. Again the user is the critical part of the equations for a project to success. Here is the quote:

“The hardest thing is: how does that fit in to a cohesive, larger vision, that’s going to allow you to sell 8 billion dollars, 10 billion dollars of product a year? And, one of the things I’ve always found is that you’ve got to start with the customer experience and work backwards for the technology.
